Couplings manufactured by METAFIX are certified according to the system of Mosstroycertification (Moscow bureau for construction certification) and have all the necessary test reports. Each batch undergoes mandatory control procedure during production and in lab.
Acceptance of mechanical connections is carried out in batches consisting of connections of the same technology, same size and diameter. The batch size doesn’t exceed 500 connections. Acceptance control is carried out by the method of random selection and includes:
Reinforcement mechanical connections undergo repeating control tension tests at normal temperature.
Control samples of mechanical connections are cut out from the reinforcement installed in the structure, or are manufactured together with the connections of the reinforcement of the structure being built.
